Terms of Service
A. Commissions are to be discussed through Instagram DMs (@Wilthking) unless agreed upon elsewhere.B. Please do not edit my work
without my permission. Cropping of images for social media, icons, etc is allowed but please remember to credit me if my signature is no longer visible.C. I work best without constraints but please let me know if you have a specific vision prior to starting the commission. The more information you are able to give me, the better I can help you achieve your vision! This can range from past pieces I've done, photos of poses, photos of lights, specific color palettes.This includes desired canvas size/CMYK for printing! My canvas is typically done on 10000-6000px wide with a 300dpi.D. Do not use my art for NSFW purposes.
PRICES & PAYMENT
A. All payments must be taken through Paypal. No cash or e-checks.B. Commissioners are required to pay within 48 hours of the invoice sent. This is to keep slots available open and flowing. Extra time may not be offered unless agreed upon prior.C. Prices may be negotiable depending on the situation. I understand that we all have priorities, but I will not be making any huge deductions from my regular prices!

PROCESS AND EDITS
A. Sketches and/or drafts of the art will be provided throughout the process. This is the stage in which corrections should be requested. 2 revisions are allowed, any more will result in a $10+ additional fee*B. Once a commission is completed, it cannot be changed/edited
COPYRIGHT
A. I reserve all rights to the artwork, meaning that I can publish the work and use it for self-promotion to my liking unless other conditions are discussed.B. You are allowed to post the artwork to your account (Tumblr, DeviantArt, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with credit back to me. Please let me know if you do so as I may share it on my social media as well!C. Designs created by me must be resold for their original price unless new art has been added. If you have resold a character to someone else I would love it if you updated me! I like keeping tabs on works I've created.
REFUNDS
Commissions may NOT be fully refunded after process sketches have been sent out.A. If you wish to cancel your commission before the process sketch is sent, you will receive a refund in full.B. If I must cancel your commission for any personal reason, you will receive a full refund no matter what.C. If I must cancel your commission because of rude/difficult behavior, you will be refunded in full and blacklisted.
